Our motto is simple. Train hard consistenly, and then take that with you throughout your life. We at PTT consider ourselves a family. As such, there are a few things to keep in mind if you plan on joining. Proper gear and attitude are manditory.  Anyone without both will not be able to train to ensure a safe environment at the gym.

Brazilian Jiujitsu


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ as it is often referred to teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locksand chokeholds to defeat the other person. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defense. Sparring (commonly referred to as 'rolling') and livedrilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance, especially in competition, in relation to progress and ascension through the grades/belts.We offer classes for Children, teen and adults and regularly attend sanctioned tournaments.
